Good Afternoon

We have a Councillor on our Parish that has only attended the meeting in January 2013. A parishioner questioned this at the meeting in September and it was not answered. Could you advise on the rules please of non attendance. There is no valid reason as to why this Councillor has not attended.

Thank you.

If a councillor fails to attend meetings for six months without a reason (accepted by the council) then they cease to be a councillor.
