Do you know if there is any "parish meeting" that has excellent standing orders that we may use as a good guide? Please.

Parish meetings are thin on the ground.  The main source for standing orders is the National Association of Local Councils (NALC).  Most local councils use only slightly modified versions of the NALC model standing orders, which are updated from time to time.  Some might argue that the model, being one size fits all, is too long winded and therefore less than excellent.  But few councils have the time and energy to create their own standing orders.

I believe there is a version of the NALC model for parish meetings, and a variant of this can be found at http://www.littlewolford.org.uk/Draft%20Standing%20Orders%20March%202013.pdf.

You can join NALC through one of its local associations, although there is a fee to be paid.
