Thanks for responding.  The member declared he was just a member of the trust so the Chair dismissed it as if it wasn't relevant and it is now not minuted as even a personal interest.  Twice in the same meeting.  We have advised the Mayor that the meeting was not advertised correctly and she has still  not responded (she was also in the same meeting by the way but didn't know at the time that it was not advertised) however they have since signed off the minutes at the following council meeting.  We are having major trouble with them not consulting with us on another issue  so we have sent an official complaint to the District Council.  If the DIstrict do not uphold it however what can we do next?  Thanks again.

In the end, the only way to deal with an unsatisfactory council is to find some new candidates and vote them in!
