Unless there is something materially different that would have affected the outcome of the decision - eg new evidence coming to light - the 6 month rule applies to all decisions of the parish council.

Although since it is a common item in standing orders and not a statutory provision, the council has the capacity to vote to set aside the restriction on any occasion where this is felt appropriate.
