When are sub committee minutes approved (with or without recommendations to be resolved) . Are sub committee minutes approved at a Full Town Council meeting or at the next sub committee meeting. If it is subsequently felt that a recommendation which has been resolved was not quite accurate when and how would/could that be amended?

The council can choose how a committee should have its minutes approved, usually when the committee is created. A common practice is for the committee to approve its own minutes at its next meeting, and for minutes to be submitted to the full council meeting purely to be noted.

When minutes are approved, corrections can be made as part of the process and these must be applied to the minutes that are signed. Once signed, minutes cannot be changed.
