If Fifteen candidates appear on one election leaflet delivered to householers in a parish do all their home addresses need to be printed on it?

No, not necessarily.  There must be the name and addresses of the printer and the promoter.  If the promoter is the same for all candidates, then it is sufficient for only the promoter to be detailed. The essential criterion is that election material must be traceable.
