What is elapsed time from resignation to standing again as a councillor?

Is there a minimum time that must pass before an individual can stand again in an election to become a councillor after the individual has previously resigned from being a councillor in the same council?

I don't think there is one, although you'd think the electorate might be a bit dubious about a councillor who resigns and then promptly stands for election.
