taxpayer excluded for one year ,KPC did not follow complaints procedure, no reply allowed!

my 4 emails to the clerk were considered to be "nasty communication" ,chair sent email threatening if I send another one I would be banned. I sent an apology to the Clerk,no response. I did and I was banned for one year, no access to meetings, Councillors, Clerk, instructions given to the Clerk to block my emails.(Jan.2023 ) I tested the system and sent 2 emails to a Cllr. this was reported to the Police as "criminal behaviour". Two male police called on Sunday June 18.2023 noon, one at the door was waring a shirt with red and gold embroidery, I asked who he was. Answer police investigating unit no name, no number ,no ID.  I see from the minutes that no motion was put to the Council ,not seconded and no vote taken. The continuing one year ban confirmed in the Draft minutes Jan. 4th. 2024, to be confirmed at the meeting of Febuary1st.2024.

Easy solution make complaint to police regarding officers refusing to identify themselves when asked, regarding presumably, in reaction to the alleged complaint and let them investigate the whole confused and unbelievable matter from this point backwards.

I wasn't aware it was possible to exclude a member of the public from meetings other than during the meeting itself for disruptive behaviour.  Although a presume a court could ban someone in the same way they can ban people from specific areas of the town for example for breach of the peace type issues but the relevant point here is that there would need to be a court order.  I think this is a fake question
