Hi - Can anyone advise me which body / organisation regulates and takes complaints about breach in the Nolan Principals?

I have looked on the ICO website but they don't seem to have a section that deals with complaints and good old google hasn't come up with anything

The route should be through you Primary Authority Monitoring officer .

Thanks for the reply - I have been down that route and the council are closing ranks on themselves, hence why Im looking for the body that oversees this ( same authority refuse to accept they have breached GDPR although the ICO have upheld my complaint)

Just to clarify, the Nolan Principles are defined and enshrined in the Parish Council's code of conduct. As such they are supposed to be governed by the Monitoring Officer but as usual the MO has little power to enforce non-compliance other than making public their findings.
