Reliable, the gear shaft meshes with the gear, and the gear drives the screw rod to rotate downward, thereby driving the knife holder connected to the screw rod to move downward, the blade rubs against the surface of the fruit, and the peel can be easily peeled off. The peel of the fruit is separated from the pulp from top to bottom, and the automation of fruit peeling is realized. When the work is completed, the power can be turned off and the fruit can be removed from the bottom needle.
