Should these papers be recorded as part of the minutes or are they part of the Agenda? I find them very useful but often forget to save them ??

They are an addition to the agenda, and do not need to be appended to the minutes of a meeting.

These papers if served with the Agenda should be still available. Just request them from your clerk
