Good afternoon

We are having a demonstration next week on the accounts system Scribe.      Anybody using this system and their comments please.  It does have good reviews and does seem easy to use.
Thanks

We moved from a Heath Robinson type spreadsheet to Scribe two years ago. It has been really good, the support is good and so is the pricing.

There aren't bells and whistles, it does a simple job extremely well.

Thanks  Our precept is £84,000 so do you believe it would be ok for us.    Is it easy for end of year too
thanks Ann
Absolutely, ours is £60k and never has a problem.
Brilliant Thanks
Ann
May I ask - we are all set up now.  Today I have tried to add wage cheques to system and it is asking for a supplier.  Do I add the employees names as suppliers or do I just add the Parish Council
Can you help

Ive used Scribe. Easy to set up, use and ongoing no hassle support. They also run a Facebook page for clerks as well.

Hi thanks for your comment

May ask does he save a lot of time and is it as good at end of year figures and AGAR etc.
Regards
Ann
Hi Ann yes it does save a lot of time. There is even the facility to write notes against a payment should you need too. Unlike excel all activity is tracked so auditors like it. All year end paperwork is automatically generated so the user is using the correct paperwork. It is stored in the cloud and can be accessed anywhere and safely backed up. Hope this helps. Helen
