Is it right to be having face to face meetings under the council at all (even if informal but off the back of a resolution) during this time?
I personally detest informal meetings  as they seem "secretive" but I don't think we should be meeting face to face in any circumstances right now.

There are several points to this and how it was explained to us. This was before of the rule of six came in.

Having face to face meetings means that the clerks are exposed to many different bubbles if they are clerk to more than one council.

Track and trace and the social distancing rules would come into force For each meeting
How do you determine who comes into a meeting and whose doesn’t if the numbers exceed the limit for social distancing
Many councillors may be classed as vulnerable, this has to be a consideration as this could put them at risk because they are summoned to meetings
We have been advised to continue on zoom till next May which in itself means we are not reaching those individuals in the parish who do not have internet access

Thank you. I think they are all good points you've made. It seems an unnecessary risk albeit I won't be attending but I couldn't even if I wanted to due to my circumstances
I think I will try and raise it in Council if I am permitted. I think I'll try and raise it beforehand though to try and avoid what could be a difficult discussion. The problem is it's already been agreed it seems via a committee
