Have you asked the Town Council? They will mostly likely hold the information by means of the declarations of acceptance of Office.

You could also try looking at minutes from the October meeting, it will record who was present and should also include those who gave apologies for being unable to attend. If you ask the Clerk they will be able to provide you with a copy.
