Having submitted a planning application and been completely open with the Parish Council I have found that they have been behaving very strangely to visitors to my property, spreading rumours that are untrue, calling in Enforcement (which would I understand is their right) only to deny this despite it being documented in their minutes and heavily influencing more elderly neighbours with nothing short of lies. It really leaves a very bad taste. I have now found that they called the Enforcement team in having held a meeting with only 3 Councillors in attendance, 2 of whom have a declared prejudicial interest. Is there anything that I can do?

In addition the clerk also has what I would consider a prejudicial interest - does this need to be declared?
