A paper is to be presented to our Council referring to the above with specific mention of Sections 15 and 34. I am somewhat mystified as I cannot find reference to the topic under review - Chairman Allowances. We already have a Remunerationn Panel determining our allowances of which the Chairman also receives the same payment as other Councillors. My apologies as I have referred to Allowances in previous posts.

Note: The Internet provides updates (of 2003 and 1972) until May this year but October is now being quoted.
Can someone enlighten me or steer me in the right direction?
closed with the note: I have haad confirmation from the Clerk that he was in fact referring to 1972 (not 2018). I will check the 1972 regulations ref 15 & 34).
