Am I the only one who cannot load the useful CPALC website? http://www.cpalc.org.uk/

It closed at the begining of May.

The website says:
"It is with regret that we must advise that due to events beyond our control (Force Majeure - Terminal illness and Government Acts (VAT & Data Protection))
