Hello, Is it possible for 2 parish councilors, serving on the same parish council, to be maried to each other and living in the same house, would this not be a conflict of interest?

No, the community have voted them both on the council and if they belong to the same party they will probably vote the same according to the policies and values of that party. They are there to represent the community and that's how democracy works. The people will judge them by the work they do in their area x

No, there is no conflict of interest by being married.  They would both have to declare an interest if one was involved in any project or work that required a parish council vote but that is the limit.  The same could be said for parent / child relationships, next-door neighbours, friends etc etc
