The chairman and his buddy (vice chairman) have managed to get themselves voted back on for another year (third year for both of them0

Is there no maximum term for both the chair and vice chair?

Does the vice chair (at least after a couple of years) show good governance to experience being the chair and letting another take the vice chair seat to gain experience?

Statute provides that the Chairman must be elected annually but does not infer that it has to change. However, it is good practice for this to change routinely.
