I am the Public Rights of Way Manager for Kent Area Ramblers I am trying to find a complete list of Kent Parish Councils as I am building a footpath database and want to add the Parish Council contact details. KCC have provided me with all the footpath data.

There's a bit of work to put the information together, but KCC has a web page giving links to lists of town and parish councils in the various districts.  The KCC web page is at http://www.kent.gov.uk/static/kent-parishes/index.html
