At a recent meeting I raised a point of order under public participation about the unlawful removal  (IMHO) of a motion from a published agenda (amendment announced on Facebook) .  At the meeting the Chairman said "well we've done it and we are not going to argue/talk about it now" .  This therefore raises the question of the role of the Chairman ie is he under any obligation to answer and should the outcome be minuted
