has anyone sold a Pinfold?

we have a small pinfold locked inside someone's garden, no access and the householder would like to buy, we are happy to sell. Rent is £70 per year, has anyone been through this process?

If there is no legal right of access, sale to anybody other than the householder makes no sense. A chartered land agent or solicitor should be able to advise you.
