During an annual allotment inspection  (between two council members and the plot holder) conducted on site, notes concerning certain aspects were recorded of the concerns with regard to removal of materials and actual locations that were visited at the time where those materials were. The notes were written on a scrap of paper as no formal documentation was presented at the meeting. The plot holder had not recieved a copy of the notes for verification of actual discussions held. When the meeting notes were mentioned in the PC minutes Posted on PC website the details were not as said during the conversation and were in fact fabricated with locations changed from discussed areas.

It was discussed that photos were available to show locations of the materials etc.

What can be done to correct this, I did object but was told an investigation had taken place which the plot holder was not invited and the council agreed the notes were correct and they stand by the original notes posted.
