Meetings by Zoom or Teams

Question

Parish Councils were allowed to have Zoom or Team meetings during the Covid Pandemic but these were stopped when the Pandemic ended, a local Parish Council have held a private staff meeting by one of these methods recently, is this ok?

Was it an internal staff meeting or a meeting of the personnel / staffing committee? What was it discussing? If it was for the clerk to update councillors on line management issues that's fine as they have delegated responsibility.
Need more info to advise.
