Apologies, as I cannot find the answer elsewhere.
I am looking into a new minute book for my Council. We have always print and stuck our minutes into a blank book. Is this the only way to do it or are we allowed to for instance, keep them in a folder instead? A silly question but wanted to double check there were no rules against this before we decided.

A loose leaf folder is acceptable these days, with numbered pages and the Chair's signature or initials on each page.
