I'll embrace the forums new direction as the 'Donut Discussion Forum' and ask does your council provide free donuts at council meetings?

Actually that did happen once when one of my colleagues arrived with a tray of donuts for what was clearly going to be a long meeting  smiley

Perhaps if it was mandatory then that would give a lot of "silent" councillors a valid excuse for their being on the council. Good label for kudos only seeking councillors in future
