Difficult to see how it could be a pecuniary interest but as they are effectively a tenant of the council then an interest should be registered and advisable to withdraw from discussions in council regarding the allotments

I declared my tenancy on my disclosure of interest, at various times I was excluded or allowed to stay but I voluntarily left the meeting if problems with a particular allotment holder were discussed or rent levels
Let’s be honest would voting on an allotment issue when you have a plot be considered corrupt unless there was a special favour made for the benefit of that specific Councillor
Thank you - I didn't have the allotment when I was elected but will now make sure to register this
