A ‘ complaint’ was heard by the Parish Council and ‘dismissed’.

The complaint was regarding their ‘legal’ right to act as they had instructed others, they could do so ,on their behalf.

They have not been able to prove their case,(legal advice used by both parties)yet will not retract the motion.

Therefore the basis of the complaint remains the same,so should another complaint be lodged.?
