Was not brave enough to bring in up in the meeting all letters are redacted anyway so they asked the clerk if they could sign it in some one else name the clerk let her sign it with a characters name this was a letter asking the council to remove an item the clerk told the councillors it was a complaint from a resident of the village due to this the clerk write a letter asking for the item to be removed the council has now found out what the clerk did and feel let down by the clerk and some went to refer the matter to HR should the council do this

The councillor is saying the clerk  suggested the name change which is a character from a film. The clerk also allow the same councillor look at cctv recordings which only the chairman and the clerk is allowed to look at
