Not declaring a DPI for a vote at a Parish Meeting

If a councillor is found to have a DPI after a Parish Meeting vote to buy something can that vote be challenged and another vote taken at another Parish Meeting

There is a vast difference between a parish meeting and a parish council meeting.  If a councillor has failed to declare a disclosable pecuniary interest at a parish council meeting, then that could be a criminal offence.  Your course of action is a complaint to your monitoring officer.  I have never heard of a vote being overturned because of a failure to declare a DPI by one councillor.
