Is it acceptable for Parish Council to publish a residents full private  address in PC minutes? My name has not been published but my full address. The background to the issue in the minutes concerns the sensitive matter of a boundary issue for which PC have sent me a solicitor’s letter. I can provide a lot more context and detail what my concerns are, but in the first instance I wondered if there was anyone who could give me a take on this? By the way I have complained but the PC haven’t taken this seriously. Thanks

Unless you have given permission for personal data (your address) to be published, it is a breach of data protection rules.  You should raised this with the Information Commissioners Office.  Their website is very helpful with advice on what your rights are.
