Should Councillors who have pecuniary relationships between either themselves or companies that they are directors off be declared in the register of interests? For example, a lease on a property or a construction contract. I’ve been asked this question, but couldn’t locate an answer.

Pecuniary interests must be declared by all councillors. Definition in law of pecuniary: monetary, relating to money, financial, consisting of money, or that which can be valued in money
