Councillors are due to sign their Declarations of Acceptance today following an uncontested election. At the meeting will be the election of vice/chair. Will whoever is elected have to sign another Declaration of Acceptance to reflect this additional election?

Yes, the elected Chair signs a Declaration of Acceptance of Office as the Chair.  The Vice Chair does not need to.
