Got to be honest, I've done this in the past!  Simple response is, if the meeting (actual meeting) is more than three clear days away, the agenda and notice can be amended and a corrected version put up.  If the actual meeting is now less than three clear days away, the meeting will have to be rescheduled.

The agenda went up on Thursday for a meeting on Tuesday the clerk amended them today Saturday the clear day are Friday Saturday and Monday
A clear day is defined as excluding the day the notice is posted and the day of the meeting.  I agree that a notice posted on Thursday is in time for a meeting on Tuesday but an amended notice today (Saturday) can't include the previous Friday or today, Saturday, as notice.
OK from a practical point of view, if nobody challenges it, nobody challenges it, but I'd personally not risk it.
Hi we are been challenged by a councillor he noticed the mistake on the boards l have spoken to the clerk how is trying to get round it by saying it is correct on the pc website so it should be ok my self and a few other councillors think they should be cancelled do you think the clerk can get around it this way ?
