The previous PC chair set up a Committee to run the refurbishment project of the PC asset, with the Clerk of the PC as a trustee . As the Clerk is RFO of the PC and worked closely with the old chair on the project is this not a conflict of interest ? Finances have not been 100% transparent on this project, however I do not believe anything untoward has happened I just want to know if I am right thinking this is a conflict of interest.

Not sure I entirely understand the scenario here.  What is the "PC Asset" and why is the Clerk a Trustee?
