As per your other question you haven't told us what is the reason for 'no confidence'. Is it against the Chairman or another Councillor? You can put it on the agenda but note once you are an elected Councillor you are one unless you resign/non attendance bringing in 6 month rule or are not re-elected at the next election;hence this forum and our many questions of frustration! If its about the Chairman then unless they resign you will have to put up with them until the next annual meeting or if they resign. Alternatively, put on the agenda, raise their failings in full Council and go from there. Have they received any formal Councillor training? Have any of your Council received formal Councillor training? Do tell us more on your situation?
