Locum clerk made a typo and issued summons for the day she typed the summons.

Question

Our Locum clerk issued a summons, when she prepared it, for 19th July 2022 which she distributed to councillors on 20th July 2022.

 I hereby summons you to the following meeting of ......to be held at ........

A MEETING OF THE COUNCIL TUESDAY 19th JULY 2022 at 7pm

This was at the head of an Agenda:-

COUNCIL AGENDA TUESDAY July 26th 2022

Do we need to issue another summons for a correct date or are we ok to continue this meeting or do we need to rearrange?

Advice would be much appreciated.

I would think that issuing an erratum notice to councillors would be sufficient to correct the error ( ASAP)

Not the end of the world - in a sensible world.
Corrigendum rather than erratum though?

It’s an obvious accidental error but could invalidate the meeting as an extreme.
