What hardware/software/packages are you using to record or live stream your meetings?  
It's something very keen to implement locally as recognise it represents a significant step towards proper transparency at our tier of local government. Am just struggling to identify what is the most effective solution to record (and potentially broadcast live) a meeting of 10-15 people sat usually in a U Shape but currently much more spread out for obvious reasons. Clearly huge variation in quality (sound & picture) of the ones currently been live streamed online. I just don't know where to start at present and would love some ideas as starting point.

We use Owl 365 with zoom which works really well.

Thanks will have a look at these.  I don't suppose you know of any names of any councils who use it so can see what it looks like. The website looks interesting though seems like it follows the speaker and films them.

I don't know of any other councils off the top of my head.  Can I suggest you might want to contact Lodge Information Services https://www.lisltd.co.uk/ who are our IT support as they suggested and installed it.  They might be able to help.
