Good afternoon All,

Can anyone advise whether Parish Meetings (not Councils) are covered under the FOI. I'm very aware there are many grey areas with regard to Parish Meeting, so just wanted to clarify if possible.

Yes. A Parish Meeting is still a public body and must comply with the same legislation.
