Recreation Ground Charity seeking likely hire rates for sport facilities on their patch

The recreation ground charity seeks likely hire rates for the facilities on its ground.  We have 2 football pitches, a tennis court with 2 pitches (used by a tennis club), a bowls green and a charity that charges for various sports activities.  While we should get a valuer in to do all this it looks easier to get an idea of the going rate, if there is one.  There are changing rooms and showers, but only the field sports use them.   We are also looking for exemplar contracts between such users and the charity.   This to get the sports provision income and expenditure back on a legal footing - before anyone starts arguing about tax payer support.

Your county football association should be able to advise you regarding pitch hire charges and changing room charges. They often keep a register of these to assist them in providing advice to their member clubs. Being local, they will also come out to visit and advise you regarding maintenance and improvements etc, including the availability of funding.

When you say the tennis courts are used by a local club, is this an exclusive arrangement, or is there casual public access at times?
