District councillors questions

One of our parish councillors is also a district councillor when he is doing is district councillor report at the parish council meeting should he only report on district council business he reports pc business at the same time as a district councillor

He must only wear his district or parish hats when reporting on whichever matter he is presenting a report on. This should be made quite clear and he must avoid straying away from the topic in question and into another realm thus causing confusion to others.

The wording of the agenda item may need tweaking to help clarify this.
Hi at full council meetings on the agenda is district councillor reports , the councillors then reports what he has done in the village has a pc whilst still reporting as a district councillors I do not think he should do this
As stated by Dave the agenda should read
1. Report from district councillor on..... ( by district councillor smith)
2. Report from Parish Councillor on...... ( by PC councillor Smith)
 No confusion as to who is presenting and the subject matter
