Brexit then Covid have created a huge backlog in the legislative process, but this particular bill would have virtually no impact upon the parish and town councils sector.  What we need is a process by which valid complaints against local councils may be investigated and individuals punished for their actions.  The challenge in that system will be filtering out the petty gripes from the legitimate complaints.
